Tony DungyRecently retired Head Coach of the Indianapolis Colts, Coach Tony Dungy has set the standard for coaching in the NFL. One of only two Head Coaches who have won a Super Bowl as a player and as a Head Coach, Tony Dungy has invested 31 years in the NFL. After starting as the youngest assistant coach in the NFL with Chuck Noll in Pittsburgh, Coach Dungy expanded his coaching experience and was Defensive Coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings for four years.

In 1996 he was offered the position of Head Coach in Tampa Bay. He turned around the Bucs franchise after his first season as head coach, and led them to four championship games. Starting in 2002, Coach Dungy moved to Indianapolis and resurrected the Colts, guiding them to a record six 12-win seasons in a row, and victory in Super Bowl XLI. His .668 winning percentage in 13 seasons as a Head Coach, including 6 Division Championships, along with the development of his assistant coaches who have moved into Head Coaching positions, put him in an elite class in the NFL.

He has three best selling books, two co-written with Nathan Whitaker and published by Tyndale House Publishers, Quiet Strength: The Principles, Practices, & Priorities of a Winning Life and most recently, Uncommon: Finding Your Path to Significance, which challenges young players to make a positive difference, to be uncommon in their world. His third is a children's book, entitled, "You Can Do It," published by Simon & Schuster.
