- All shipments and deliveries are done via Federal Express, UPS or US Postal mail. Fresh Air Media is not responsible for any delays or problems experienced once the shipment has been made. However, we gladly work with our customers to resolve any problems that occur while our product is being processed by the shipping company.

- Returns & Replacements
- If a product sold by the Red Zone store is defective, we will replace it at no charge. In order to return a product, please contact Fresh Air Media first via phone or email in order to discuss the return with a service representative first. Once approved, you will be instructed as to whether or not it is necessary to return the product to us our not. If it is necessary to return the product to us, you are responsible for the return shipment. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.
